File processing

PDF BOX processes documents in your browser. Files selected for a tool are not uploaded to, stored by, or read by PDF BOX servers. Closing or refreshing the page clears files held in browser memory.

Information we receive

PDF BOX does not require an account. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include so that we can respond. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and cookies

PDF BOX may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other websites. Service providers

The site loads open-source document-processing libraries and fonts from third-party content-delivery networks. Those providers receive normal technical request data, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver their files. Your selected documents are not sent to those providers by PDF BOX.
